As a part of the largest conference on business AI applications in Croatia AI2FUTURE Croatian Robot Day 2019 took place on October the 10th, 2019.
In front of more than 60 participants from business and academia the program was moderated by professor Ivan Petrović from FER. Alongside lectures from world experts professor Achim J. Lilienthal, University of Örebro, Sweden, and professor Björn Hein, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany, participants had the opportunity to hear Croatian examples of companies that have made a strong leap in this area, Gideon Brothers and RoMb Technologies. R&I activities of FER in the domain of robotics in logistics and agile production was presented by professor Ivan Marković. Furthermore, dr Davorka Moslavac Forjan from ICENT presented possibilities of equity free financing for robotics projects from EU H2020 funds.
