Within the AeroSTREAM project an innovation training/workshop was held on May 3, 2023. It was organized by Innovation center Nikola Tesla (ICENT) and Technological Corporation of Andalusia (CTA). The innovation training took place at the FER and consisted of two parts. The first part was European Horizon project proposal writing and it was led by Silvia des los Santos Trigo from Technological Corporation of Andalusia (CTA), an expert in writing and implementation of EU projects. During this session, participants gained insight into the Horizon Europe pillars in general and specifically about the EIC Pathfinder, which was followed by exercise. Participants had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in filling out the key parts of the application form and receive valuable feedback and advice on how to highlight the main elements and increase their chances of success.
In the second part, the renowned experts in Pitch & Storytelling, Tena Žganec from SUK (Craft for smiling, learning and creativity) and Matija Srbić from ICENT, led a session to help attendees improve their presentation skills and become better public speakers. During the workshop, the participants were given the opportunity to practice presenting a randomly selected topic in a 1-minute presentation, followed by personalized feedback and advice to improve their skills.
The innovation training was a great success, and attendees gained valuable insights and skills that they can use in their future endeavors.
