36 months (1.7.2022 – 30.6.2025)
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
AeroSTREAM project is conceived as an effort to stream AeroTwin project positive effects on a network of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) from Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina in order to enlarge capacity for research and innovation, and to prepare and establish a long lasting and integrated cooperation between those institutions and their partners in the local ecosystem. The long lasting and integrated cooperation between institutions will be established in the field of autonomous aerial systems (AAS) applications, with emphasis on smart agriculture, forestry, and logistics.
The increase of innovation capabilities of widening HEIs (w-HEIs) and their surrounding ecosystem will be achieved through close cooperation with CATEC and CTA, leading European research and innovation intensive organizations, deeply involved in the most relevant EU initiatives and projects, together with ProtostarLabs, young SME from agricultural region of Croatia, and ICENT, the leading innovation center in the country.
One of the key objectives of the AeroSTREAM project is improved quality of innovation management, technology transfer and citizen involvement of HEIs from Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Particular set of actions is planned for achieving those objectives, such as common innovation strategy, staff exchange, experts’ visits, workshops and tutorials, hands‐on trainings, and PhD students co-mentoring.
AeroSTREAM project has received funding from the European Union’s HORIZON-WIDERA-2021-ACCESS-05 under grant agreement No 101071270.
